Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays in India). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped with tracking information.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options within India:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-4 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your order.

  • Free standard shipping on orders over ₹999
  • Express shipping charges apply as shown at checkout

Delivery Locations

We currently ship to all locations within India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delivery delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through our shipping carrier's website. If you don't receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos (if damaged) and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Failed Delivery Attempts: If the courier is unable to deliver your package due to an incorrect address or unavailability, they will attempt redelivery. After multiple failed attempts, the package may be returned to us. You may be responsible for additional shipping charges for redelivery.

Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately after placing your order.

Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes during sales or festivals
  • Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Public holidays

We will notify you of any significant delays as soon as we become aware of them.

Holidays and Peak Seasons

During major Indian festivals (Diwali, Holi, etc.) and peak shopping seasons, processing and shipping times may be extended by 2-3 business days. We recommend placing orders early during these periods.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for the second delivery attempt.
